CALL FOR SPONSORSHIP

The Consortium of Tanzania Universities and Research Libraries (COTUL) will be holding the 5^th Scientific Conference, Training Workshop, and Annual General Meeting from November 6–10, 2023, at the Jalnimi Tourist Hottel in Singida Municipality, Tanzania. The theme for the Scientific Conference is ‘Library and Information Services in the Digital Era. The Scientific Conference and Workshop Training bring together researchers, academics, information scientists, and ICT professionals across Tanzania and East Africa.

In order to achieve this goal, COTUL is extending a call for sponsorship of the 5^th COTUL scientific conference. The sponsorship will support the paper presenters, panels, participation, and capacity-building activities for staff involved in providing information services in this event. Sponsors of the COTUL scientific conference will be able to:

• Showcase their products.
• Brand their products
• Network with library decision-makers from higher learning and research institutions in Tanzania.

The sponsorship packages and their associated benefits have been categorized as shown below.

A.        DIAMOND PACKAGE: USD 5,000

• Three people full conference registration
• Two pull-up banners
• Visibility of sponsors’ products
• Logo visibility on nametags
• Logo visibility on the event webpage and portal
• Full-page advert in the conference programme
• Visibility in COTUL’s social media platforms
• Presentation slot (10 minutes in the opening plenary)
• Visibility in the conference proceedings rt
• Opportunity to present (20 minutes) in a parallel session

B.        GOLD PACKAGE: USD 4,000

• Two people full conference registration
• One pull-up banner
• Visibility of sponsors’ products
• Logo visibility on nametags
• Logo visibility on the event webpage and portal
• Half-page advert in the conference programme
• Opportunity to present (15 minutes) in a parallel session
• Visibility in conference proceedings

C.        SILVER PACKAGE: USD 3,000

• Two people full conference registration
• Visibility of Sponsors” products
• Two pull-up banners
• Logo visibility on the event webpage and portal
• Logo visibility in the conference printed programme
• Visibility in COTUL’s social media platforms
• Opportunity to present (10 minutes) in a parallel session

D.        BRONZE PACKAGE USD 2,000

• One-person full conference registration
• Visibility of Sponsors’ products
• One pull-up banner
• Logo visibility in the conference printed programme
• Visibility in COTUL’s social media platforms
